Aquamira Frontier Emergency Water Filter System

 Frontera Pro In Use

Access to clean drinking water is a priority no matter where you are – but can be less of a certainty when traveling through unknown areas, in the wilderness or less developed parts of the world. The Aquamira Frontier Emergency Water Filter System is designed to be small and lightweight and inexpensive. Takes up almost no room in the backpack and only pulled out when you need it. I found it to be all of these. The only downside is the delayed response, and getting used to drinking water through a straw – but this is a small price to pay for access to clean water. Okay, so there are devices which are more hardcore at purifying water, but when taking into account size, weight and price – it is hard to beat for your average camper, traveller, hiker.
